30-Day Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. The return request must be initiated within this 30-day period. Returns requested after 30 days will not be accepted.

Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

Unused condition: The item cannot have been worn, tested, or used in any way.

Original packaging: The item must be in its original box, bag, or container with all seals, inserts, and protective materials intact.

Quality issues: If the item has a manufacturing defect or arrived damaged, it is always eligible regardless of whether it was opened.

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return and will be sent back to you at your expense.

Free Returns – No Cost to You

We provide free returns on all eligible items. This includes:

A prepaid return shipping label sent to your email

No restocking fees – you pay nothing extra

No handling fees – the refund amount equals what you paid

How to Start a Return

Follow these steps to return an item:

Send an email to our customer support team. Include your order number and a list of the item(s) you wish to return.

You will receive a reply with a prepaid return shipping label attached. The email will also include instructions for packing and sending your return.

Affix the label to your package and drop it off at any authorized shipping location for the carrier shown on the label.

Keep the drop-off receipt or tracking number for your records.

Refund Processing Timeline

Once we receive your returned package, we follow this timeline:

Inspection: We inspect the returned item within 1 business day of arrival.

Refund approval: If the return meets our eligibility conditions, we approve the refund immediately after inspection.

Refund processing: We process the approved refund within 1 to 2 business days.

Refund Delivery to Your Payment Method

After we process the refund, the money is sent back to your original payment method – either your credit card (Visa or Mastercard) or your PayPal account.

The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or card issuer. Typically, it takes an additional 7 to 10 business days from the date we process the refund. Some banks may take longer. If you do not see the refund after 12 business days, please contact your bank first, then reach out to us.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect:

Contact us immediately, preferably within 48 hours of delivery.

Include photos showing the damage or defect in your email.

We will provide a free return label.

After we receive the returned item, you may choose either a full refund or a replacement (if available).

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Items returned after the 30-day window

Items that show signs of use (makeup swatched, product dispensed, etc.)

Items returned without original packaging

Items that were marked as final sale (if clearly stated on the product page)
