Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping Only
We currently deliver exclusively to addresses within the contiguous United States. This includes all states except Alaska and Hawaii. We do not deliver to U.S. territories, military addresses (APO/FPO), or P.O. boxes.
Shipping Cost
All orders qualify for free standard shipping. There is no minimum purchase amount required. You will never be charged any shipping fee at checkout.
Processing Time
After you place an order, we need time to prepare it for shipment. This processing typically takes 1 to 2 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays observed in the United States.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM Eastern Time will begin processing on the following business day. Weekend orders begin processing on Monday.
Delivery Time
Once your order has been processed and handed to a carrier, delivery within the contiguous United States normally takes 3 to 6 business days. This time frame starts after processing is complete, not from the order date.
Carrier Selection
We work with multiple shipping carriers, including UPS, USPS, FedEx, and DHL. The carrier for your order is chosen automatically based on your shipping address and the size or weight of your package. You cannot select a specific carrier at checkout.
Tracking Information
When your order ships, we will send you an email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package’s progress online. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to appear after you receive the email.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is lost in transit or significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us. We will open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf. Depending on the outcome, we will offer a replacement or a full refund.
Incorrect Shipping Address
You are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by you, we will refund the order minus any return shipping fees charged by the carrier. You may place a new order with the correct address.
